In 2007 a long-time local company offering occupational health services announced they were closing their doors leaving a void that desperately needed to be filled for local employers. The owners at Husker Rehab decided that adding a service of this nature to their existing physical therapy business would be a good fit for them and asked the existing professionals of the soon to close company to join them in this venture. Husker Health was born.
Staffed by trained Registered Nurses, we offer a multitude of services for your workplace by appointment during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, excluding major holidays. No after hours services are available.

Toxicology Services, both DOT and Non-DOT
Employee physicals tailored to not only your company but the specific tasks of the position in which the employee is being placed to determine if they are physically able to safely perform their new job
DOT physicals are offered each Tuesday morning by a qualified Physician’s Assistant.
First Aid services for your injured worker. A one-time assessment by the registered nurse on staff during regular business hours.
Immunizations can be given in office or at your site with a minimum participation requirement. This includes Tetanus-TDap, Hepatitis B series and Flu vaccine
CPR/First Aid Classes taught by Ginger Hinz, RN, using the American Heart Association version that is valid for two years.
Hearing Testing that is OSHA approved. Done only at our facility.

Blood Chemistry Profile Info for your employee’s health, you may choose from the general blood chemistry or upgrade to the executive profile.
